"Admittedly, this is a difficult and painful album to endure. Its frustrating funeral doom pace doesn't allow you to get over the agony easily and in fact only seems to highlight it. I can't fathom how they are able to inflict so much suffering by using relatively dry and bare doom riffs without relying on keyboards and other such instruments to create an emotionally manipulative atmosphere. Dwellers In Twilight is for those hardened doomsters who are able to find sweetness in unbearable pain and pleasure in timeless suffering."
