"I did not make this video to make a political statement. My intentions were purely artistic. The imagery is intense: I found audio to compliment it. That I made a compelling global warming propaganda piece was purely an accident. This is political because it is coal: I photographed it because it was beautiful, monstrous, terrifically enormous. I don't care that it is coal, but it is ok if you do."
